Before Kansas can join the Interstate Massage Compact (IMpact), it must first have statewide licensure in place. Licensure protects the public, strengthens professional standards, and ensures all practitioners meet consistent education and training requirements. It also sets the foundation for future compact participation — opening the door to multistate practice, greater mobility, and expanded career opportunities.
